I arrived in the hotel and had a really nice check in with the receptionist Melita who spoke perfectly English and had a good level of professionalism. I was escorted to the room by the bellboy and the room looked even better than in the photos. I stayed in a Deluxe Room and it had many nice details. The design was excellent in every way, and the room was as super clean as expected.
I’ve had many great service experiences in small luxury hotel. As I said before, the receptionist were professional, but besides that the service is not unique at all. It always took too much time to pick up the phone when I called from my room and I find it stupid they charge 20 EUR pr. day for internet and not even having a computer in the lobby if guests need to check their e-mails.
The don’t have a health club and the restaurant only offers cold food on weekends, not good enough and a problem for many luxurious travellers. That said, the rooms is great and special designed and that is why you should stay here.
My opinion: Great experience.
