I arrive in the hotel and had an easy check in before being escorted to the elevator. I stayed in an Executive Suite and it was very nice with separate sitting area from the bed. A renovation is needed in parts, but in general a comfortable suite to stay in. The internet is chargeable as in the other Four Seasons, but funny enough you can use the internet from the building next door for free, even on the highest floor.
What I like most about Four Seasons is the service. The staff is trained after the same standards everywhere and you can always count on professional service. The rooms and facilities will be pretty much the same in all city hotels and that is both good and bad. It’s good because you always know what you gonna get, but bad because I have had a very similar experience many times before and don’t find much new. Houston did not disappoint me and especially the concierge impressed me. They know everything about their city. The facilities needs a renovation like the rest of the hotel, but keep in mind that the rates is low in this hotel and you really get what you pay for.
My opinion: Great experience.
