Four Seasons is known as the world’s leading hotel chain, and I’ve only had great experiences with them. I arrived at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village with expectations for another great Four Seasons experience, and that’s what I got. The check in went very quick and I was escorted to the elevator. It was the first time I wasn’t escorted to the room in a Four Seasons hotel, but I’ve heard it’s a culture difference. The number one priority when it comes to hotels for Americans is to have a fast check in and check out, and when only escorted people to the elevator it makes it all faster.I stayed in a deluxe room, and it was very nice with the comfortable Four Seasons bed and L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Very typical Four Seasons. The in-room internet is chargeable but worked excellent throughout my stay. The service was not the best I’ve seen from Four Seasons, but the staff was as always well trained and attentive. The facilities is probably what I liked most about the hotel. The spa area is very beautiful and a great place to relax. Spas becomes more and more important, and it’s easy to see Four Seasons is aware of that.
Overall another great Four Seasons experience. It’s not a memorable experience if you have stayed in lots of great hotels, but it’s a hotel with Four Seasons standards and a that’s unique in itself.
My opinion: Great experience.
