Introduction: At Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center, we aim to provide luxurious personal care and unique experiences for our guests. Whether travelling for business or leisure, we are highly dedicated to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
Above information is how the hotel presents itself on their website.
Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
What I loved: The Italian restaurant.
What about the food: A great Italian restaurant called Via Roma. Pizzas made of imported Italian ingredients. Expensive, but you pay for the quality.
What about the service: Some of the staff are very good, including the German Lady in Red, while others could need more training. Consistency is a key word. More training and improvement of the English level among the staff would make this hotel up to Kempinski’s standards. It is still a very good business hotel with everything you need, but there are better Kempinski hotels when it comes to service.
What about the rooms: Nice room with everything a business traveller needs. Comfortable beds, separate rain showers and a working desk. Complimentary internet a big plus as some of the chain hotels still charge for it.
Number of rooms: 526.
Type of property: City hotel.
Location: Beijing, China.
Facilities: Spa, gym, swimming pool and meeting/business facilities.
Complimentary internet: Yes.
My overall impression: Good+ experience.
