With 200 rooms I did not have high expectations for personalised service. After my stay, it’s very hard to review the service. It’s very personalised and great when you tell them who you are, like your room number in the restaurants.
When you walk around the resort, they do not remember who you are because they have 400 other guests, and that is the main problem. The staff were, however, fantastic. The best I’ve seen so far in Mauritius, very professional and super friendly. It was a great experience. The hotel also arranges a lot of activities like boat services to other islands so you won’t get bored during your stay. There is a lot to do. The beach is fantastic and feels even more amazing than the photos.
The facilities is great as well especially the spa where I had a great treatment by a well-trained therapist. The food some of the best I’ve had on the island. Both breakfast, lunch and dinner were top class and exceeded my expectations.
Overall I understand why people love this resort. The rooms and the location are very beautiful, but the service is outstanding. Highly recommended as one of the best hotels in Mauritius.
