This classical hotel opened in 1926, has 276 rooms and is a member of the prestigious marketing organization, The Leading Hotels of the World.
I had a short, but good stay in The Biltmore. The entire hotel has a very classical design including the rooms which had a similar design to some Ritz-Carlton hotels I’ve stayed in the past. The rooms are comfortable, the internet complimentary, but the shower wasn’t separate from the bathtub and the products not impressive. The location is close to the airport with a flat rate of 20 dollars for the transfer and an easy drive from Miami Beach.
The most important thing in a hotel is always the service and The Biltmore is professional run. Everything works, but I didn’t find all staff helpful and kind. I never saw any of the staff smile which I think is a must. If you just need fast, professional service, you will be delighted with The Biltmore.
Overall it was a very nice experience in a truly classical hotel. A great alternative to the many chain hotels and surely one of Miami’s top properties.
