Through my stay I was surprised how the hotel could charge $500 for a night in a hotel with disorganized service. I went through the lobby area many times during my stay and there was always a queue for the reception and concierge. The bar area had the same problem in the evening and it took long time to get a $20 bill changed. Furthermore I didn’t like the staff’s attitude. This is a problem and you can read about these problems on Tripadvisor as well. The design everywhere in the hotel is lovely and if this is what you want and don’t care about the service this is a great choice. For me service is the most important thing in a hotel and therefore this hotel have a lot of work to do. New management might be an idea because everything was very disorganized. This is without a doubt one of the most overpriced hotels in the world and I can only recommend it if bad value isn’t a problem.
